These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and ELCHAPO Industries ("ELCHAPO", "we", "us", "our"). If you are using our Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

To use ELCHAPO, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where our Services are prohibited or restricted

You may only hold one account on ELCHAPO. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently closed and funds forfeited.

When registering, you agree to:

• Keep your account information up to date
• Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password
• Not share your account with any other person
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• Complete identity verification (KYC) when requested

ELCHAPO reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to our payment terms and KYC requirements.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ₹500 (or equivalent in supported cryptocurrency)
• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your name
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned

• Winnings from voided bets will be returned to your account balance

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ELCHAPO:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with our platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation
• Using VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or ELCHAPO staff
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our platform
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating other users
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

All content on the ELCHAPO platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of ELCHAPO or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our platform without written permission
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on our content
• Use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from our platform

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ELCHAPO shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on our platform
• Any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

ELCHAPO reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months

Upon termination, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes. Verified funds in your account will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding balances, unless the termination is due to fraud or illegal activity, in which case funds may be seized.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding our Services, please follow this process:

• Step 1: Contact our customer support team via Live Chat or email at support@elchapo.com. We aim to resolve all complaints within 48 hours.
• Step 2: If unresolved, escalate to our complaints team at complaints@elchapo.com. We will provide a final response within 14 days.
• Step 3: If still unresolved, you may refer the dispute to our independent dispute resolution service.

All disputes must be raised within 6 months of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims raised after this period will not be considered.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ELCHAPO is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of ELCHAPO's registered jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

ELCHAPO reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Send an email notification to all registered users at least 14 days before changes take effect
• Display a prominent notice on our platform

Your continued use of our Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using our Services and close your account before the changes take effect.
